The Fight for Safe Staffing at KPC Health
Frontline healthcare workers at KPC Health are speaking out because patient care is on the line. While executives look at building $300 million luxury hotels, our hospitals are short-staffed as skilled caregivers leave for better-paying jobs with competitors. Patients are paying the price every day. We cannot stand for this.

KPC hospitals brought in over $750 million in revenue and CEO Kali Chaudhuri is worth an estimated $10 billion. That’s more than enough money to pay for the investments needed to keep our hospital staffed, safe, and able to provide the level of care our patients deserve.
Healthcare workers and patients will not be silenced. The pickets are just the beginning. We demand KPC Health return to its core values of providing excellent patient care for Southern California’s communities. Invest in patients, invest in frontline healthcare workers, invest in the community.
