Sutter’s CEO made over $11.5M while patients wait for care.
Greetings Mr. Thomas,
Frontline healthcare workers at Sutter are speaking out because patient care is on the line. While you took home $11.5 million in 2023, Sutter hospitals are short-staffed as skilled caregivers leave for better-paying jobs at competitor hospitals. Patients are paying the price every day. We will not stand for this.
Sutter made over $1 billion in profit in 2024, and while executives are pouring money into facilities in wealthy areas, you are cutting vital services in poorer communities of color. This is a betrayal of Sutter’s founding mission to serve working people across Northern California.
Healthcare workers and patients will not be silenced. The pickets are just the beginning. We demand Sutter Health return to its core values of providing excellent patient care for Northern California’s communities. Invest in patients, invest in frontline healthcare workers, invest in the community.
We stand with these frontline healthcare workers and we aren’t going to stop until workers and patients get what they need.
Sincerely,
Your Name Here
